Sessions can continue to unfold for a day or two. You might notice:

a sense of calm or clarity

emotions moving through a little more easily

tiredness, spaciousness, or vivid dreams

or just a quiet steadiness
All of it is normal.
And if nothing feels dramatic at all, that’s normal too.
If it feels supportive:

drink water
-
eat something grounding
-
rest
-
jot down any images, feelings, or insights that surfaced
