SHAME | a 3-week Intensive

Service Description

I'm teaming up with my favorite Energy Worker to bring you a powerful 3 week exploration of Shame. WEEK 1 | Big Shame ENERGY WORK: Leading up to our group call, you will receive 1-on-1 deep Soul Work with Christina Brinkley around the topic of Macro-Level Shame. Each session will happen remotely at a scheduled time, after which you'll receive a recording of the session. It's like a journey of its own, often heavily embedded with symbolism and metaphor. GROUP CONTAINER CALL | 5/15 @ 10AM PST / 1PM EST: We will come together as a group to discuss Shame on a macro level. All the programming that teaches us to internalize shame from media, society, unspoken rules & mores, intergenerational trauma, and more. We will use a combo of journal prompts, group discussion, and _____. Each Group Container call will end with a 15min group reiki session to relax and decompress. OFF WEEK | Integration Take a break this week to relax, notice, and integrate the work from the week. We will send out some journal prompts, writing exercises, and resources if you'd like to take the practice deeper. Otherwise - RELAX! WEEK 2 | Personal Shame ENERGY WORK: You will continue your 1-on-1 deep Soul Work with Christina Brinkley with another session focusing on Micro-Level Shame. GROUP CONTAINER CALL | SUNDA, 5/29 @ 10AM PST/1PM EST: This week we'll come together as a group to discuss Shame on a Personal Level--the ways it shows up in our bodies and lives. We will consider when we feel the ping of shame and how it affects our decisions. We will continue with journal prompts, group discussion, and a writing exercise to go deeper into the topic of Shame. PLEASE NOTE: You will lead how much or little you participate in the group shares. You may keep personal details to yourself! I am much more concerned with revelations or philosophical discussions out of respect of personal privacy. OFF WEEK | Integration WEEK 3 | Alchemizing Shame ENERGY WORK: You will continue your 1-on-1 deep Soul Work with Christina Brinkley with another session focusing on Alchemizing Shame. GROUP CONTAINER CALL | SUNDAY 6/12 @ 10AM PST/1PM EST: On our final group call we will take all that we learned and apply that to our storytelling. We will consider how to embed shame, and--more importantly--overcoming shame to arrive at authenticity, in our Hero's Journey. This week we'll focus on Story Structure, Character Development, and Catharsis through Lecture, Group discussion, and a writing exercise.
