Through Weekly Energy Healing Sessions, you will experience the power of one-on-one energy healing, where I will use a combination of Reiki, intuitive energy work, chakra balancing, and specialized modalities to facilitate deep healing and energetic alignment. We will balance deep soul work with lighter body-focused sessions to ensure expansive growth and embodied integration. The sessions can be focused on you or your projects (yes, ideas can get energy work too!), depending on the roadmap we create during the Initial Consultation. Outside our 1:1 Check-In calls, I will provide you with a detailed voice recording that captures the essence of the session, offers insightful guidance, and suggests transformative practices for your continued self-care and inner exploration.
