REIKI | The Tune Up

Service Description

Feeling anxious about the state of the world? Or like you just need a quick tune up to start your day? This 10-min Chakra Balancing and Aura cleanse will use Reiki light to remove the gunk and clutter, get those chakras spinning, and hopefully bring a little peace and relaxation to you from the comfort of your home. At your scheduled time you will have 5 minutes to get comfortable and tune into your body. You could listen to music or stare out the window or meditate or lay down--any mindfulness practice just enhances the experience. Then I will begin the 10-min distance reiki. I will email when it's over with anything that comes up!
